In her 10-year engagement with The Association of Junior Leagues International, a global women’s leadership organization, Laurie conceived and executed Better TogetHER—an historic meeting of 25 of the country’s most impactful, influential women’s organizations, institutions and movements—to explore mass mobilization around important women’s issues and generate greater brand awareness for organization.

Inspiring the next generation of female leaders

Laurie founded On Brand, a social enterprise benefiting female civic leaders, and led the development of The Next Chapter, a multi-pronged initiative to re-engage 77,000 Junior League Sustaining members. She’s developed forward-thinking, thought-provoking women’s leadership programming and secured keynote speakers such as Geena Davis, Sheila Johnson, Cheryl Strayed, Beth Macy, Noor Tagouri, Muniba Mazari and Nick Kristof.
